People often ask me

whether I will breed Kimmy.

The honest answer is that I don't know at the moment. It's such a huge decision, in my opinion. Breeding a bitch and raising (and selling!!!) a litter of puppies is no walk in the park, from what I've heard.

I would breed Kimmy only if all of the following criteria were met:

1. She passes all necessary health tests, such as hip dysplasia, thyroid levels, heart, and so on.

2. She passes the German broodbitch exam and is deemed worthy of breeding.

3. Her breeder recommends it.

4. The German Dobermann Club approves it.

5. I can find a suitable stud to mate her with.

6. I have the money and time for this undertaking.

Ideally, I would also like to have at least a couple of prospective puppy buyers lined up before I even mate her.
