Kimmy bit Benny in the leg

I can't believe this! We went for a walk, Benny on his bike and Kimmy on the leash, and then Kimmy jumped at Ben, knocked him down from the bike, and bit into his calf! She didn't want to let go!

I of course lunged right after her and pulled her mouth away, and then she tried to go after Ben's neck (he was lying face down on the sidewalk). I had to quickly slip the leash loop over the fence that is there to be able to get Benny safely away from her. She was like possessed!

I brought her home and she is now in her crate. Benny's wound bled quite a bit, on his socks and on my pants as I was carrying him in my arms. He has two deep puncture wounds in the flesh, about third of an inch wide, gaping slightly open. I don't think it needs stitches, so I put bandaids on both wounds (after I cleansed them with an antiseptic spray).

I called Gerry at work and he's of course horribly upset :(

I don't know what to do. I will be soon driving to the dog trainer, with both Kimmy and Benny, to show and tell her what happened, and ask her opinion.
